A Game-Changing Solution.

What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants?

Full mouth dental implants are a revolutionary technique that allows you to replace all teeth in the upper or lower jaw using just four to six implants per arch. This advanced, graftless method avoids removable dentures and bone grafting. It’s ideal for patients with failing or missing teeth, or those fed up with unstable dentures.

At Tomas Dental Clinic, we take this further. For patients with low bone volume, we use advanced techniques such as pterygoid or zygomatic implants for added stability. Our on-site lab and fully digital workflow allow us to plan your case, place your implants, and provide you with a fixed temporary bridge—all in the same day.

This is more than dentistry. It’s a life-changing full-arch transformation.

Benefits of Choosing Full Mouth Implants

Everyone deserves a confident smile. Whether you’re suffering from failing teeth, loose dentures, or discomfort — this treatment can change your life.

  • Natural-looking and functional teeth – Your new teeth will look and feel just like natural teeth, giving you the confidence to smile, speak, and laugh without hesitation.
  • Enjoy your favorite foods again – With a strong, fixed arch of teeth, you can eat comfortably and enjoy a full, unrestricted diet once more.
  • Supports facial structure and aesthetics – Full Mouth Dental Implants help maintain bone and facial volume, preventing the sunken appearance caused by missing teeth.

Minimally invasive, bone-preserving solution – This treatment typically avoids the need for bone grafting, making it faster, more comfortable, and accessible to more patients.

Full Mouth Dental Implants FAQs

Full mouth dental implants are a fixed solution that replaces all the teeth in one or both arches using just 4–6 implants per arch, with a natural-looking, secure prosthetic.

You can receive your implants and a fixed bridge on the same day. Final prosthetic fitting is typically completed within 3–4 months.

The procedure is done under local anaesthesia or sedation. Most patients report minimal discomfort, and many return to normal routines within a few days.

Yes. Our advanced techniques, including zygomatic and pterygoid implants, often allow us to treat patients who were turned away elsewhere.

Full mouth implants are fixed and do not move. You can speak, eat, and smile with confidence—no adhesives, no clicking, no slipping.

With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, implants can last decades. The prosthetic teeth may need replacement every 10–15 years.

Yes! You will leave our clinic with a fixed temporary bridge on the same day as your implant placement.

IRD (Immediate Removable Denture) is a temporary, fixed solution used during healing, offering aesthetic and functional comfort until your final bridge is ready.

In most cases, no. The angled placement of implants allows us to avoid grafting for the majority of patients.

Just like natural teeth—brush twice daily, use a water flosser, and attend regular hygiene and implant reviews.

Implants have a very high success rate—over 95%. Smoking and poor hygiene are the most common risk factors.

In rare cases of failure, the implant can be replaced. We monitor healing closely and act quickly if there are any issues.

No, you will always have a functional, natural-looking prosthetic—either a temporary bridge or the final one.

Yes. We offer 0% financing for up to 18 months and extended options up to 60 months to suit your needs.

Absolutely. Your initial consultation includes a full assessment, 3D scan, and personalised treatment plan—completely free of charge.

Full Mouth Implants is a general term that includes treatments like All-on-4 and All-on-6. These numbers refer to how many implants support the full arch—4 or 6. Both are fixed, non-removable solutions, but All-on-6 offers more implant support and better distribution of chewing forces.

All-on-4 is ideal for patients with lower bone density or when bone grafting needs to be avoided. It uses angled implants to maximise available bone and typically has a shorter treatment time and lower cost. It’s a popular option for faster results and minimal surgery.

All-on-6 offers greater long-term stability by using two additional implants to spread bite pressure more evenly. It’s preferred for patients with adequate bone volume who want added support, especially for stronger biting function or durability over time.

Both options provide natural-looking, fixed teeth that are comfortable to wear. However, All-on-6 may offer a more balanced and stable prosthetic in the long term due to the increased number of implants, especially for patients with stronger jaw muscles or bite forces.

At Tomas Dental Clinic, your implant dentist will evaluate your bone levels, oral health, and goals before recommending All-on-4, All-on-6, or a customised approach. We also offer advanced solutions like pterygoid and zygomatic implants when more support is needed.
