Our referral charter and promise

Here at Tomas Dental Clinic, we build our relationships with trust and goodwill whilst following a strict code of ethics, therefore any patient that you refer to us will be returned to your care upon completion of treatment with our team.

Following an initial assessment, we will provide the patient with a full treatment plan and clinical diagnosis, a copy of which will also be sent to the referring dentist. No treatment will be carried out without an estimate of fees provided to the patient and a thorough explanation of the treatment to be delivered.

Visiting Tomas Dental Clinic

Each specialist consultation is around a one-hour visit to fully discuss the case. The patient will be met by one of our caring treatment coordinators, who will make them feel welcome and comfortable. The patient will then be seen by the treating specialist to assess their needs.

Specialist Orthodontist Consultation: Complimentary – £20 holding fee refundable on attendance

Cosmetic Smile Consultation: Complimentary – £20 holding fee, refundable on attendance

Implant, Periodontist and Endodontics Consultations: £85, fully refundable in case patient proceeds with treatment
