Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, please note that a minimum of 6 months’ membership applies before treatment savings and whitening benefits can be redeemed.
Your plan covers the check-ups, hygiene visits, and benefits listed in your package. Additional treatments such as fillings, crowns, or orthodontics may be chargeable, but members enjoy exclusive savings.
Missed appointments may be charged in line with our cancellation policy. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you can’t attend.

- Minimum membership of 6 months applies before treatment savings can be redeemed.

- Whitening treatments are subject to a dental health assessment and suitability – patients must be dentally fit before whiteninG can be provided.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers or finance discounts.
- Missed appointments may be charged in line with our standard cancellation policy.
- Membership is non-transferable and must be active at the time of treatment to receive benefits.
